If one thing can be said of Bluebottle Kiss vocalist Jamie Hutchings, it’s his ability to tell a story while unashamedly wearing his own emotion on the outside, be it angst, anger or (ok, rarely) jubilation. This first single off the recently released Come Across album sees Hutchings fly from melancholy to burning revulsion, helped enormously by Ben Fletcher’s ravaging guitar solo. Just another in the bag for these kings of Aussie rock. (AC)
